Equipment Overview
The 50 high frequency straight welded pipe mill line is designed for manufacturing welded steel pipes. This high-precision welded pipe machine processes strip steel through uncoiling, forming, high-frequency welding, sizing, straightening, and cutting to produce various pipe styles. The system uses roll forming to cold-bend strip steel into round billets, with high-frequency induction heating creating seamless welds.
