HG 76.2 High-Frequency Welded Pipe Production Line is designed to produce welded pipes of Ф19-Ф76.2mm in diameter and 2.0-4.0 mm in wall thickness and square pipe 15x15-60x60mm,thickness 2.0-4.0mm. Adopting roll pass design, the production line can manufacture welded steel pipes with good quality machining and high precision assembling.
According to the designing guideline of improving the operating character & environment and the safety & producing character , reducing the cost of the roller to guarantee high efficiency,HG 76.2 production line adopts the double-radius hole style of design .

High frequency straight seam welded pipe production line is the specifications of the steel belt feeding unit, through the roll bring curled up into a tube billet steel, and then use the high frequency of proximity effect and skin effect make the strip edge instantaneous heating to welding temperature, and under the action of squeezing roller complete welding, then through water cooling, sizing and straightening as required specifications of the steel pipe.
